How to Use

Take the Eye Liner Pencil Cartridge and position it into the holder. Push firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, pull the cartridge out of the holder. Start at the outer corner of the eye and draw small, light horizontal strokes onto the base of the upper lashes. Use the attached rubber blending tip to smudge or soften the line for a more diffused finish.
