At Love on Skin, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and shipping compensation are accepted.

By placing an order on www.loveonskin.com you agree to the terms of this Returns & Refund Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is determined by the carrier’s tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be new, unopened, and unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All samples, promotional gifts, and bonus items received with the order must be included in the return
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial refund at our discretion.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for missing, incomplete, or unreturned promotional items.


2. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless an exception applies (see Section 3 below), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.


3. Shipping Compensation Exceptions (Full Refund Cases)

We will cover shipping costs and provide a full refund in the following situations:

  • Items received damaged or missing parts due to shipping
  • Items received damaged or missing parts due to our error
  • Items not delivered due to our error
  • Incorrect items sent due to our error

These exceptions apply only when the issue is verified and attributable to Love on Skin or the carrier.


4. How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be initiated online and returned by mail only. In-store or in-person returns are not accepted.

Return Request Window

  • Return requests are open for 14 days once initiated
  • Items must be shipped within this 14-day window or the return may be canceled

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Locate Your Order

  • Logged-in customers:
    Sign in to your account and go to My Account > Order History
  • Guest customers:
    Check your order confirmation or shipping email and use the provided link to access your order

Step 2: Request a Return

  • Select the order you wish to return
  • Click “Request Return” or “Return Items”
  • Choose the item(s) you are returning
  • Select the reason for return and add notes if needed

Step 3: Submit Your Request

  • Click Submit to send your return request for review

Step 4: Await Instructions

  • Our customer care team will review your request and provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


5. Return Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the item may be sent back to you or denied a refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank — some refunds take additional time to post

7. Final Sale Items

All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes clearance items, promotional items, and any product marked as final sale at the time of purchase.


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered at this time.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please follow the return process for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
  • Limit or deny returns in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive returns
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
